Dear Ones. Behold the Glory of God! Do you see it? See the heavens opening. See the Angels! Hear the chorus singing! This is a time of Great Joy. Celebrate life. Celebrate God. Celebrate! Bless your hearts.

Dear Ones. We of the Angelic Realm are around you. You see us out of the corner of your eye. And yet when you turn to look more closely you cannot see us. Yet we are there. You also see loved ones out of the corner of your eye and then you tell your selves that it was your imagination. Play with your imagination. When your "imagination" sees something, play with it. Do not automatically dismiss it. In the dismissing, you have lost the opportunity to know that you are not alone. There is love for you nearby. Bless your hearts.

I was talking with a friend about how people's stuff gets in their way, when the angels popped in.

Egos. Yes, we were listening in on your conversation. We were waiting for you to focus on us for the angel messages. Egos. The human insecurities often make people do things they are either not proud of or to hide what humans perceive as a flaw. The irony being that others know exactly what is happening on a very fundamental level. The further irony being that you all are diamonds that look rough and flawed on the outside, but inside lurks a brilliantly faceted being of light and love. If you all could see you as we see you, you would be amazed. You would be amazed at the beauty of the soul. You would be amazed at the brilliance of the light and how far it shines. Your soul is so brilliant it would hurt your physical eyes to see it as it truly is. We honor you. We know your value. We bless you. Bless your hearts.

Cindy - So I sense that you are talking about being connected every moment of the day. To have the flow of the Divine in every waking moment. How do we do that?

Spirit - When you are present in every moment. (Not thinking of the past, the future, what you have to do next, or the arguments with those around you). When you make the decision in every moment to love, then you will be connected to the Divine in every waking moment.

For those who are struggling, know that there is hope and that a change coming for you. Know that the phrase, "it is darkest before the dawn" is very true. Know that great things await you. Hang on to hope. You are gathering strength, even though it may not feel like it. To weather some of life's greatest storms is to shine more fully once you have reached the shores. We are using common phrases on purpose. When one feels as if their ship is sinking, they need something familiar to hang on to. We love you. We believe in you. Bless your hearts.

We hear you frequently ask for assistance in hearing us when you feel stressed and "under the gun.". When you are stressed and having trouble hearing us, it is because you are disconnected from source, your inner spark. Do you see? So the quickest way to reconnect is to let go of the worries of the day, and focus on relaxing. As you relax, you open to your Divine connection. This can be done in an instant, or it can take 30 minutes, depending on how long it takes you to let go and relax. The reason this is hard for you is the tendency to not want to let go of the stresses, because they are "important.". You need to give yourselves breaks from the stress you place yourselves under. Take time to relax several times throughout the day. It can be for 5 minutes or much longer. Short times more frequently will help break the cycle of accumulative stress. Do you see? Bless your hearts.

Dear Ones, Love is all around you. Feel the love for others. Feel the love that comes from your pets. Feel the joy that comes from the flowers. Breathe in the life force of God/Creator/All That Is. Look beyond others apparent flaws to the vulnerability/greatness* within. You are each more than what others see on the surface. See more of who they are. Bless your hearts.

*vulnerability/greatness - There is no word for what they were sharing with me. It is like we protect what we feel is vulnerable inside, and yet we do not realize that there is power there and a depth, breadth, that is beyond words. The beauty of each person’s soul is an amazing thing to behold.

The angels came in, but another group was with them who spoke.

We are here to instruct you in basic ways to get along with others. Do you feel the others person's soul or heart when you speak with them? The truth can be felt emanating from their heart. True love and deceit cannot occupy the same space. When someone is talking in truth, you will feel the resonance in your heart. When your heart and mind are in harmony, your words will be clear, they will be better received. You often think things, but forget to see if your thoughts resonate with your being. And sometimes you feel, but forget to connect to your brain. And when the two work in harmony and are connected with the Divine, wow. When you have all three, together in harmony, there is a sense of peace that is amazing. Be at peace. Bless your hearts.

I was thinking about someone and wondering why they were acting the way they were. It was not one of my better moments, when the Angels decided to talk to me about this. I share it with you; since it is something all of us (I assume all of us) in human form struggle with. They also quickly began talking to you and me at the same time.

Do not judge others lest you be judged. (You got me there). You are on your own path, just as others are on theirs. Each of you has lessons to learn. Some of these lessons are easy and some appear difficult. So when you look at others, and you think, “man are they messed up”, know that you have not walked in their shoes. Their lessons would be difficult for you. Your lessons would be difficult for them. These lessons are the tools that shine your rough diamond. Do you understand? See everyone through the lens of love and compassion. You do not have to condone their behavior, just know that they are part of God’s/Creator’s grand plan. Know that everyone has the Divine Spark within him or her. Some people just have more layers hiding it from view. Be the peace that you are. Be the love in the greatness that you are here to be. Focus. (Me- Focus on what?) Light a candle and focus on the flame. Do you see how you are calming down? Do you see how you are more peaceful as you gaze into the flame? The light from the candle helps you remember the Light. God’s (Creator/All That Is) Light is so brilliant, that the candle is like a grain of sand on a beach. The candle’s flame reminds you of the brilliance. See, you are no longer distracted.

It is always good when you are able to share your struggles. It helps others know when they struggle that they are not alone. Out of your struggles we are able to show them tools to help. You are blessed as they are blessed. Coming together in sharing is important. It creates the bond or the connection. We are done.

Dear Ones, We love you, and you, and you. Create a circle of love. Be loving to your neighbors, friends, families, and pets. The ones that send love back help nurture your ability to love. Be around those who are loving, so that your circle of love grows. Imagine being around, 5, 10, 15, 20, 30, 40, 50 people who love you. Can you see how the feeling grows? Bless your hearts.

Dear Ones, We are pleased that you have come here today to converse with us. We are pleased that many of you are putting into practice our words and *ideas. Many of you are going about you day and taking the time for stillness, time for noticing others and sending love. We wish to acknowledge that we are a witness to this. Keep being the Beacons of Love and Light. Bless Your Hearts.

*ideas is really not the word, they showed me pictures of people following many of the suggestions, concepts, and exercises that they have given over time.

Today was one of those days that I had trouble focusing. I would sit down to connect to the Angels, and then I would get antsy, have to get up. I would come back and feel nothing. So I decided to write what I was experiencing so I could let it go and free me up to connect. Once I wrote how hard it was for me, then I felt them come in. Stillness descended upon me. It was effortless. I felt my heart start to open. I felt it deeply within me. Then it filtered throughout my entire body. My body felt heavy. It felt the same heaviness as when one goes into a hypnotic trance or a deep relaxation. The heaviness of the body almost made it difficult to move. Spirit said they wanted me to experience this and to write about it, because some people become scared when they experience this sensation. They said to ask if the source of the feeling is of the Light or of God. This way you would be able to relax into the experience. I felt very peaceful in this state. Go in peace and teach only love. Cindy and the Angels.

*I experienced this merging as merging with the energies that were surrounding them.

Dear Ones. Love. Be one with Love. Feel it in every atom, every cell of your being. Vibrate with Love. Know that the Divine Spark is within you. Connect with it so you may be the Lighthouse of Light and Love for others to See and Be. Bless your hearts.

Dear Ones, Imagine being surrounded in a circle by us (the Angels). Now feel us sending love to you. Can you feel us all around you? Pay attention to this feeling. We often are around in times of need. Recognize this feeling, so during those times you know that you are never alone. Feel the Love. Bless your hearts.

I had a very different experience with this today than the other times that I have connected with them and felt the love. It felt as if it went deeper. So, I would encourage you to be as open as you can and to allow. So, imagine the angels in front of you. See a beam of light/love going from “their heart to yours.” Follow what they said.

As the angels were giving me this, they showed me a picture of someone that I had a class with in college. This person was severely deformed. She had a hump on her back. Her legs were different sizes. Her jaw was off center. I remember she was the happiest person I knew. Despite all of her obvious deformities, she just glowed. I enjoyed being around her. She changed the way I looked at life and people. She truly taught me that we are more than the outer appearances, and inner beauty transmutes any outer appearance. It is a lesson that I need to be reminded of from time to time.

Feel the peace descend upon you. Feel the peace fill your body. Remember this feeling. This feeling is: How to maintain the balance and the center, How to not get caught up in others emotions, and How to maintain the beauty.

Take a moment at those times when you get caught up and breathe. This helps to center you. This helps you to then be able to connect with us and open to allowing the peace and love that we have for you in. Do you see? Bless your hearts.

I feel they chose to discuss this because of the effects the energies were having on me. I often feel things beforehand. I also found grounding helped. Imagine roots coming from your feet into the earth. This helps you stay present and connected with the physical world.

*Him/her – God is neither a him nor a her, but they used those words for those of you who needed it.

For those of you of the Christian faith, they gave me a picture of an angel and Jesus walking beside you if you are of the Christian faith.

You are distracted by the sounds of nature. Yes I am. That is good. You often get caught or stay inside away from the animals. The animals are not the sounds that man has made or his instruments. The sounds are unexpected and not predictable. This is part of the beauty. You notice how the sounds come from different directions. It comes from the crickets on the ground, the birds in the surrounding trees, the dogs off in a distance. The early morning sounds are less discordant than later in the day when the man made items that are made with discordant sounds on purpose are heard. The many charring sounds throughout the day are one of the reasons many of you “need a break”. When you find a peaceful spot outside or play peaceful harmonious music you begin to feel recharged. Sounds have tremendous impact on the physical body. Take time each day to be surrounded by melodious sounds. Be at peace. Bless your hearts.

Me: How do I know it is you and not I?

Angels: Did your hands feel this way before we asked you to put your hands in front palms up?

Me: You are right, my hands felt normal before and not as if intense energy was going through them.

Angels: We did this because you were tired and having trouble connecting to us.

Me: Do you want those who read this to do this?

Angels: No, we want them to continue to imagine us in front of them sending light and love to their heart.

Me: Then I am not to put what you did with me in this writing.

Angels: We ask that you put it in, so that others see that even you question us at times. It will help them relax and not feel so bad when they question.

Me: All right, then I will keep it.

And with that, the communication ended, and they left me with the thought, Bless Your Hearts.

As I am writing this, I am aware of some friends who lost someone in a tragic death yesterday. I also went to the movies. They used both events. I was resistant to sending this. They kept showing me an aborigine tribe that would sit down and just leave their bodies when they felt ready to cross over. They would leave their bodies for the animals. They had no attachment to the human form because they are in constant communication with the other side. I have to also say that I felt no judgment from the angels. They were quite clear that whatever emotional, physical, mental experience we chose was all right. But they said it is a choice. Having said that, I am aware that they do not feel emotions the same as we do. They exist in a loving space. Those who cross over exist in a loving space.

Dear Ones. Do you hear the rain? Do you feel the rain? Do you know the rain? Do you sense how it cleanses? Do you see the beauty in it? There is a harmony and rhythm to all life. Do you hear the song in the rain? Open your self to its cleansing energies. Bless your hearts.

Dear Ones, We love you. We bless you. You are beautiful beings that shine with the blessings of God/Creator/All That Is. Imagine throughout your day, as you walk, that light shines from your feet. This blesses the land and everything around you. It also brings a feeling of magic to your day. Bless your hearts.

The Divine Spark meditation is where you imagine a Golden Spark within You. You focus on it, and imagine it becoming bigger. See it sparkle and move. You can imagine it filling you up, or you can imagine it filling up your auric field. The picture they give me most frequently is filling your body with your golden spark. This allows God/Creator to more easily reside within.

Dear Great Ones. You who attended the Eden Event are blessed in ways you cannot imagine or fathom. We honor the service you provided. We honor and bless your willingness to be in service. We honor your truth. We honor your Be-ingness. You “flew” in ways you cannot imagine or describe. We of the Angelic Realm are awed by what you were able to accomplish. Now it is time to integrate. Now it is time to Be with the Joy. When problems arise, Know that it is an opportunity to Choose Joy. Keep re-connecting to the energies that All of You Brought Forth. Many Blessings have been bestowed upon you. Many blessings are around you. Teach Only Love. Be in Joy.

I had felt because we did not have the numbers needed to send Joy out to the world, those of us who were there, reached deeper into ourselves and became greater than we knew we could be. It was absolutely amazing. I am blessed by seeing each person who attended be the Greatness they came here to be. Rock On!

Dear Ones, We ask for people to make time daily to reconnect to God/Source/All That Is. Fill yourself up from this connection to assist you in getting through your days. We are finding many are “out of sorts” lately. We are finding when people are “out of sorts” that when they go outside and sit amongst the beauty that they find their balance quickly. This is why we often make the suggestion. Once you find your balance, bring to mind a memory when you felt love or joy and re-experience it. You can change the way your day is going by changing your focus. You choose at any given moment what memory is driving you. Or you can choose to be present and not have a memory driving you. Do you see? Be the peace. Be the love. Bless your hearts.

So, I asked, can’t we learn from the past or the future.

They said, Of course you can. The problem is that most of you stay focused on the past or the future, and are not present enough to see how it impacts the NOW. There is more fullness, more vibrancy, more knowing when you are present.

(They started off talking to me and then shifted to the group. What they said to me I felt helped clarify what they were saying. The house was very noisy this morning and it was difficult to concentrate. When I opened to their love and felt it, then I was able to “hear them”).

(As I type this, I am aware, and the Angels are aware, of how difficult it is for us. In many ways it is very simple, it is the doing that seems to be the problem for us. We get caught up in the lies that we have been told, and they get in the way of the allowing. The lie is that “we are not worthy”. The lie is that “only the church can talk to God”. There are many” lies” that get in the way. These are just some of the examples).

(They showed me the exercise that they have given on several occasions, imagining the angels in front of you, opening your heart to them, and then the angels sending love to your heart.)

(They know that I understand the phrase “get out of your box”. The box is all of our squares and rectangles- ie. Cars, homes, offices).

(They gave me the picture for the negative ions. These are ions that are mood enhancing. This is why people often feel better near a waterfall or a fountain).

I finally got what they want me to share with all of you. They wanted me to emphasize the value of prayer and the sending of the healing energies from what I experienced. I saw yesterday during class, all the people throughout the United States that were sending prayers. I could see their true hearts and love. The prayers were like a Light so bright it almost hurt your eyes. The Angels were holding and amplifying everything that everyone is doing.

So, they want me to acknowledge each of you for the work that you are doing and for your prayers. They want you to know that they see what all of us are doing and that it makes a difference in ways you will probably never know. So, from my heart to yours, bless your hearts. From the Angels to you, bless your hearts.

It will take time and other incidences before society as a whole has a clear understanding and knowing on how to handle these situations and how to begin to prevent them. It is the absence of hope in both themselves and their society. It is the dehumanization of life that is being reflected.

Know that following a Spiritual Path and being the light for others to see is vital. It offers hope to those who feel no hope. It offers them a path that they can see that has worked for another. Be the Light for others to see. Be the love that others can feel. Be the beacon of hope. Bless your hearts.

There are events shaping up that will test people. We ask for regular prayers for your leaders, and that they be guided for the highest good of all mankind. Decisions made in this next few months could affect outcomes for years.

There is misinformation that is being given to the leaders. This misinformation is being given with the best intentions, not knowing the consequences. This is why we are asking for prayers for the highest good. This will increase the possibility that the misinformation be discovered in time. Bless Your Hearts.

(It is very important that the prayers not be done with an expectation or how you feel things should be. Things are not always as they appear. This is why Spirit is asking for prayers for the highest good of all. Spirit cannot interfere without human requests. We were told a while back to pray for the highest good. I remember at that time, after our prayers, someone thwarted a terrorist plot. I feel the prayers made the difference between that person not coming forward and deciding to say something. )

Dear Ones, We wish to acknowledge the wisdom this one here wrote. We see the struggles people have. We see the stress. We see the disconnection from All That Is. When you reconnect to Spirit, a sense of Peace descends upon you. When you Open to Us, and Allow the Love for You to fill you, then you remember that You are a Part of God/All That Is. Remembering this Empowers You. Remembering this Aligns You with the Flow of Life and Creator. Bless Your Life by Connecting to Spirit. Bless Your Life by Allowing the Love to Flow through You. (I felt as if the Spirit was replying to questions they had been hearing lately. I felt them trying to speak in a way that would help us get it).

Dear Ones. We of the Angelic kingdom wish you to know that the kingdom of heaven is upon you. What does this mean? You ask. It means that God is all around you. It means that heaven is just a heartbeat away. It means that the blessings of God are all around you. Be the joy. Feel the love. Be in oneness with the Great Almighty/Creator. Bless your hearts.

Dear Ones. We are all around you. However, you cannot see us. It is as if we are on the other side of a wall. All you have to do is open the door. The door can be prayer. The door can be meditation. The door can be joy. We await you. We love you. We bless you. Bless your hearts.

(When I received “Keep your visions pure”, what I was seeing and getting was that we often have a thought about what we want and then we spend the next 10 – 15 minutes thinking about what we don’t want. So keeping the vision pure is the stopping of those other thoughts when you want to let the Angelic realm know what you are needing.)

Dear Ones. Do not be afraid. There are many who are worried right now. Remember, the sun rises after the moon has set. There is a cycle to everything. There is a rhythm. Take this time to look at your life. Is it reflecting your joy? What steps have you taken to bring joy into your life? You often get caught up in the day to day, and forget that one of the greatest gifts you can experience and give is love and joy. Be the light. Be the peace. Be the joy. Teach Only Love. (When I wrote "him," I then heard some reactions of people that it should be him/her. Then I heard the Angels add “her” for some of you – and I felt laughter. The laughter had multiple depths. Our words are so limited in what they try to convey. To the Angels, God/All That Is, is not a him or her but just IS. We do not have concepts to covey what I sense they wish to say).

Dear Ones, We know you wish to see us. We know you wish to hear us. We know you wish to feel the love we have for you. Relax. Take the time to be in a peaceful state. As you do this, have fun imagining us. As you practice what it would be like to see us, you begin to relax enough to actually see and hear us. It is the relaxing that is a key. Feel yourselves opening up to the wonders around you. You often discount us when you first see us. Eventually you realize that we really are around you when you need us. Be the peace. Be the love. *Rewired - When a certain amount of spiritual or God Energy enters one, there are changes that happen in the body. We know this intuitively. The pictures they have done with water show us that different thoughts and vibrations change the actual shape of water. This will help you have a sense of what the Angels were trying to get at when they used the term rewiring. It is a term that I knew, plus they gave me a sense of what they were trying to get across).

(I was having a hard time concentrating today. When they first came in, they sounded as if they were a long way off. They reminded me to see them in front of me, and to open myself up to the love they were sending. This helped me to hear the message).

Dear Ones, we have on several occasions told you to imagine us in front of you and to feel our love for you pour into your heart. This also “lifts you up” vibrationally. Songs are another way to “lift you up”. Find songs that make you smile and laugh. Play these to bring the joy into your life daily. Also play songs that “move your soul”. Bless your hearts.

Dear Ones, We gather to speak with you in this format. We find that seeing words in front of you often comforts you. We are often nearby when you are in trouble. When you feel a sense of comfort descend upon you that is us. When you feel the slightest touch and do not know where it came from, that is us. When you hear beautiful music that is us. When you smell a beautiful fragrance that is sometimes us. We are around you. We are with you. Bless your hearts.

(The angels said "sometimes" with the fragrance because often our loved ones who have crossed over contact us through smells.)

Dear Ones. We see the eternal truth in your souls. We see the everlasting light that makes up the beauty in your souls. You are much greater than you can imagine. Each one of you holds a special place or light in God/Creator/All That Is. You are blessed just for being. Your are loved just for existing. You are worthy. Bless your hearts.

Dear ones. We glory in conversing with you. We see your faces light up when you feel a message was just for you. And often it is. We have awareness of what is going on with all of you. We tailor the messages for as many of you as we can in such a limited space. Also know that there are often different levels of meaning in the messages depending on your level of understanding in that moment. Bless your hearts.

(You can carry a little notebook and just makes marks with each positive event. Those of you who need more structure can then put it on a chart. Writing it down will help keep you doing it, and make sure that you are counting. It is easy to lose count when you keep it in you head and get busy with life).

Dear Ones. We of the angelic realms are with you. For some of you these are trying times. We ask you to consider changing your perspective. Struggling with a boss is much different than struggling with a loss of a house due to a storm. With the boss, start seeing golden light engulfing him/her. Do this several times a day. See your boss change towards you. Also, look at whether or not you are in the right position. The blessing may be that it is time to move on to something different. No position is for a lifetime. Everyone changes and grows. Due to the changes, one needs new experiences to keep the growth happening. Bless your hearts.

Dear Ones. We see the beauty of your Soul. It shines brightly. We see flashes of color from you. It is beautiful to behold. Know that you are loved beyond measure. Bless your hearts.

I wish to comment on something. Spirit works with the person who receives the message. They use my word base. This is why different people may have a different tone or word usage. "Dear Ones" is given to me as a feeling and encompasses everyone. It is the closest word choice that gets across what I am experiencing. They will use analogies from my life because it helps them get across what they wish to express. Cindy

*Loved beyond measure. They wanted that emphasized. They want us to truly get how loved we are. We are loved beyond the words to describe this.

**"You are like a tiny grain of sand in the scheme of things, but you are also the only existence." What they meant by the only existence is that we are so important individually it is almost as if no other beings exist. They again want us to know how incredibly special all of us are.

Dear Ones. This New Year is a great time to re-look at your life and the way you are leading it. Where is the joy? Where is the love? Enlarge the activities that feed your soul. Be around the people whom you feel uplifted by. Be the person that others feel uplifted by. Be joyful in your outlook so that those around you are joyful. Be the joyful feeder. Let laughter gush forth from you. Be open to receiving laughter. Feel the love of those around you. Feel the love of God/Creator surround you. Bless your hearts.

Dear Ones. It is with great pleasure that we commune with you on this incredibly beautiful New Year. The sun is shining and reflecting its beauty all around. The wind is brisk, bringing color to your cheeks and forcing circulation into your limbs as you rush from place to place. We of the Angelic Realm salute you. Many of you brought the true spirit of bringing in the New Year to life. Make gratitude and intention a powerful part of your new year for the highest good of all. Remember to pray for the leaders all around the world to make decisions that benefit all. See them making these decisions. Believe that your leaders can make the decisions for the good of all. When a certain number of people do this, then the leaders either shift their decisions for the highest good, or they are not in office. However, if those of you do the intentions for your leaders out of anger, then your leaders will be angry. Do you see? Bless your leaders. When one is filled with blessings and love, then decisions are based from that perspective. Do you see how the people shifting can affect those in power? Do this for all leaders around the world.
