Dear Ones. We are
here for you and your loved ones. Know that you are never alone. We offer
you comfort and support. We send love to you as if on the wings of air*.
If you saw all the "puffs of love' that fill the air you would be
amazed. Know that the love is always available to you and that you are
worthy of any and all love. We are here to remind you of that worth. We
bless you. We honor you. We are here for you. Bless your hearts.
*The picture
they gave me was seeing an angel wing and the angels blowing across the
wing to us. I felt that they gave me this picture because it evokes the
gentleness in which they send their love to us, not necessarily that this
is the way they do it.

Ones. As you move into the New Year, what would you like to create? Would
you like to create happiness? What are the components of this? Do you take
the time to smile at your neighbors? Do you help someone with his or her
grocery bags? Do you see the elderly woman struggling and offer to assist?
What does this have to do with happiness you ask? When you see the smile
offered to you freely for your assistance, does that make you heart sing?
Find ways to bring genuine smiles to the faces of others, and you receive
the benefit of that warmth directed towards you. Offer a smile to someone
and see your gift given back. This is the path towards true happiness. Bless
your hearts. |

Ones. Blessings are upon you. Open your crown chakra. Allow the light of
God/All That Is to flow through and into the top of your head, filling all
parts of you. Bask in the light from the "heavens'. Feel the pulsing
of the Life force energy. Notice how you feel different the longer you do
it. It may start at as feeling a sense of peace, then progress to where
you have a smile on your face, then progress to full blown joy. Allow laughter,
love, and joy into your life. Open to the allowing of this. Bless your hearts.
* I don't know
what it is that some days are harder to bring in the loving energies.
Even though I know it is good for me, my stubbornness rears its head at
the most unexpected times. When I first did the above, I felt just a trickle
of light and love coming in. This little amount started working on my
resistance so I was able to allow more of it to come streaming in. I share
this, because we all struggle with ourselves even when we know it is good
for us. Blessings to you all.

Ones. See the beauty all around you. See the beauty in your soul. Take time
with a mirror and look into your eyes. Really look deep within them. You
may have to do this numerous times until you connect with and see the Divine
spark within. Your eyes are truly the windows to the soul. As you look into
you eyes, release your judgment about yourself and how your human eyes look.
Bring Divine Love into your heart. Feel it pouring in you. As you do this,
see it reflected in your eyes. Do this several times a day for a month and
see what you can see. May you be truly blessed by the Divinity within. Bless

you are teaching love. When you get angry, do you take the time to breathe
and release you anger so you can go about you day in peace? Know the tools
that bring you to that state of oneness with the Divine, and these will
lead you to the state of peace and love. We remind you to imagine being
filled up with the love God/Source has for you. Be at peace. Teach only

Ones. It is your power to allow the flow of God/Spirit. You have a choice
whether to close off the connection or have it open. Fear, anger, jealousy
closes off the connection. Love, joy, happiness opens the allowing. If you
are consumed with the negative emotions, when you go into prayer or meditation
with a pure intention to open to God/Source, you have shifted your self
back into allowing.
So, take this time,
to imagine golden light or Divine Love showering down upon you. Feel your
self-soaking this in. Bask in the deliciousness of the experience. Savor
the moment to it's fullest. Take this memory with you as you go about
your day. Bless your hearts.

| This
one is different today. While I was meditating, a quote from a book that
I have had for a number of years (and am just now reading) became prevalent.
The quote is from
"Autobiography of a Yogi" and is during a vision that he had:
"If joy were ceaseless in this world, would man desire another? Without
suffering, he scarcely cares to recall that he has forsaken his eternal
home. Pain is a prod to remembrance. . . . My sons are children of light;
they will not sleep forever in delusion".
The above quote,
reminded me that throughout my life I have had moments that were so incredible
that the closest word to describe them would be ecstasy. These profound,
all encompassing moments where I felt one with everything and experienced
all that was around me, have been reminders for me of when we are truly
and deeply connected to God/Source/All That Is, that there is no feeling,
or experience that can top it. These experiences have propelled me along
my spiritual path. As someone who is walking this human or earthly experience,
I go through my own tests and lessons. However, because of the profound
experiences I have had, I realize that I am striving to walk this walk
here in continual connection to God/Source, to again experience the ecstasy
that is only found when connected to All That Is. Be at peace. Bless your

Ones. Feel the beat of your heart. Notice it’s rhythmic beat. Just
focus on its beat. Feel your self relax to its rhythm. This is the beat
that resounds all around in nature. It is the rhythm of a mother’s
heartbeat. It is the rhythm of a newborn fawn. You can hear this rhythm
in the birds chirping. It is all around you. Feel its essence. Feel it reach
your soul. Feel your self expand with this rhythm. Bless your hearts.

first you are not aware of your heart beat then imagine what it would
sound like.
· A newborn fawn's heart beats faster but it is still part of the
same tempo.

truly look around, you will see the human “angels” holding light

you appear the same way to others. As more people connect to that special
feeling of Divine Love, and they gather together, that Divine love is amplified.

your heart to receive". I thought I was, and I tried. I again heard,
"Open your heart to receive". Then I heard, this is the
time of good cheer. This is a time of people coming together in love and

And I said "I don't see people in the spirit as I have in past
year".
They said there are energies available at this time of year that are
not as available at other times. This is a perfect time to go within and
reconnect to Spirit/God/All That Is. Let Spirit Light up your life. Let
Spirit fill you with Divine Grace. Let Spirit fill you with the Joy of
the Season. Take this Joy with you as you go into your world. Let this
Joy be a light for others. Let your light remind others of the magnificence

waves of those in the pool affect you. Life is not lived in a vacuum. You
are all connected and surrounded by Spirit/God. You are swimming in Source,

what that means.) Your soul is in constant contact with God/Source. From

things that are not preordained. These can be changed. When you go within,
and connect to your greatness inside (Divine Spark), and visualize clearly

| What
I learned from my cat. - I was watching my adolescent cat playing today.
He had found the tube of toothpaste and was having fun pushing it around
the floor. Then he found the obstacle of the half opened door. The toothpaste
ended up on the other side of the door. He snuck around the door and pounced
on the toothpaste. Then he managed to slide the tube under the door. Oh
what fun he had sneaking around the door and pouncing on that tube of toothpaste.
Back and forth he went. It dawned on me that the door represented the obstacles
in life. We have a choice how we face them. We can be resistant and struggle
or we can find a way to enjoy it and literally pounce our way out.
Dear Ones.
You who are alive in this time are so blessed. But how can you say that,
you say. Look at what is going on in the world around us, you say. It
looks as if the world is going array. We know that there is more going
on than what you perceive on the plane of time. Take time to breathe.
Step away from your fears. Realign with the Divine. Be connected to the
stillness within. Reassess what is truly important in your life. Place
the love of those around you on the top of you list. Know that this time
is like a blip on the screen of life. Create from the stillness and love
inside. As more people shift their awareness of their come from, you will
see a shift in your outer world. Gather together in groups of love and
joy. These groups are vital at this time. You are blessed to be alive
at this time. Rejoice in living. Rejoice in loving. Bless your hearts.

that the observer (scientist) can influence the direction of rotation at
the molecular level. What this tells you is how you, the observer in your
life, influence the "direction" of the unfolding of your life.

one is a little different. The angels wanted to use my experience as a teaching
tool. I was distracted easily today and had trouble focusing. They came
in and said to me:
Open your heart
to receive. Feel the love we have for you pouring into your heart.
Open to receive needed
to be a conscious act on my part to open and allow. I also saw light going
into my heart and forehead. (The forehead was unusual). It is about opening
and allowing the light and love to connect with the heart and the Divine
Spark within, so that you become the light and love. They were really
emphasizing the importance of knowing that this assists one in connecting
to the Divine Spark. It is as if it assists us in allowing the spark within
us to glow and become stronger, in other words, more evident.

Wow, a lot can
happen in a few days. We had Hurricane Ike hit the coastline of Texas.
Refugees from the storm have come to Austin. I had a friend who rode out
the storm and is now here due to the lack of electricity and low water
pressure. I am so grateful for being in a safe place and for being able

Beauty is everywhere, especially in the soul. Take time throughout the
day, to look beyond the outer shell that most people project to protect

| Communication
with the angels is a choice I choose to make everyday. Some days are easier
than others. Life gives us distractions that can take us away to connecting
to the spirit world. Like today, I sat down to meditate, the angels come
in and say, "open your heart to receive" as I am soundly pounced
upon by my kitten who decides that angel time is play time. We all face
distractions. We all make choices everyday how we are going to live our
lives. We make choices and find ways to deal with the distractions, as my
kitten tries to get my attention from out on the porch.
Dear Ones. Yes we
see your adorable little kitten as he reminds you and others about life
and play. Open your heart to receive joy. Open your heart to the wonders
all around you. Do not get trapped in the pull of work or focus that takes
you away from the life around you. Your kitten is life. Your plants are
life. Children are life. Grandparents are life. The people, plants, and
animals around you are vital. They are a part of the "grand scheme
of things". Governments change. But, loved ones give you stability.
Loved ones offer you hope. Loved ones offer to share your burdens when
things are tough. Loved ones rejoice with you when things are good. See
the hope that is around you. See the wonders that those around you are
doing. See the greatness that they are. Bless your hearts

to find a way to describe what they were giving me. It is when we get
caught up in something that we consider "important" to the exclusion
of what truly is. Many of us use work in this manner (not everyone). So
they used the term work in a little different way than we usually use
the term.

resistance to allowing us to help. But, You say" I ask loudly for help!"
But your immediate thought is "It will never happen". Thus, you
just stopped our assistance. Second, there is free will. We cannot interfere
in your free will. Third is when the soul does not allow interference in
an event. Forth, even though this one is the same as the first, we wish
to state it differently. When you surround your self behind an impenetrable
wall. This is why we stress so much the allowing and the opening. Allow
your selves to feel the love we have for you. Allow our assistance flow

I sat down to receive
the angel messages. As I did thoughts of a book I am currently reading
came to me. As I did, fear and sadness engulfed me. I started having a
vision of Jesus which I have had throughout my life. (Some might even
be past life memories). Some of my strongest visions have been of Jesus
on the cross. I saw this today as if experiencing it during the time that
Jesus walked. I cried when I saw him on the cross. I thought, "What
have they done to him?" "What have they done to this amazing
beautiful, loving Man"? Tears flowed down my cheeks from the memories.
I could not stay to watch all of the crucifixion. What they did seemed
so excessively cruel, to remove the beauty of his soul from this earth
plane. The sadness I felt was intense over not being able to walk with
him again. Why would humanity want to do this to such a beautiful spirit?
In my memories, there was such despair. (It is why I have had such trouble
with the “church”, since it was the “church” of that
time that put Jesus to death.
Jesus life was about LOVE. He had an incredible laugh that was infectious.
His love radiated, engulfed crowds. He was a wonder to be around.
I have fears from that time. Why would anyone want to extinguish such
beauty and love? Is it jealously? Is it greed? Is it power? Nothing made
sense.
The angels have been leading me, and some of you, to not fear what happened
in that time period, when one opens to love.
I have resisted Jesus through the years because of the pain I experienced
during his crucifixion.
Jesus, however, wants me/us to get over it. He says there is a greater
mission. It is the transmission, emitting, and knowing of love.
We are beings of love in our own right. We have access to God/Creator’s
love. We can emanate God/Creator’s love.
It is time to let go of the crucifixion and focus on Love and Living.
He has everlasting Light and Love, but so do we all. Be in alignment with
Love and all flows, as it should. Know your perfection. Know your beauty.

I saw a movie a
couple of months ago; I think it was called the Bucket list. It was about
what you wanted to do before you "kicked the bucket". As the
angels gave me the above message, they showed me that movie. I also had
a client yesterday who knew someone facing the specter of death. They
kept saying, "savor the joy". I was reminded how each of us
would live our lives differently if we thought we only had a very limited
time left. There is a vitality to life that is brought forth when we view
life differently and when we make different choices. Let us choose the

angels came in and reminded me of a conversation I had yesterday when talking
about the song (which I heard as they reminded me) "Love. Love. Love.
All we need is love, love. Love is all we need. Love is all we need".
I don't know if these are the exact words of the Beatle song, but these
are the words I heard. A reminder of how important love is. So then they
proceeded to tell me that we sing about it. We have books written about
it. We go see movies about it. But do we "Get It". I often feel
that there is a depth to the experience of love that they are moving us
towards.
Dear Ones. Open your selves to receive. Imagine a circle over your heart.
See the circle expanding. Imagine as you expand the circle you are able
to allow more love and light into your heart. Open your selves to feeling
the love. Use your imagination to remember what love feels love. Call forth
love into your heart. Just be with the love that you are feeling and experiencing.

a negative thought, see how many positive thoughts you can have to counteract
the other. Get excited about the ratio of positive to negative getting larger.
See how many different ways you can say something nice to your self. Such
as, I helped that elderly lady. I made the elderly lady smile. I kept the
elderly lady from straining herself. She was so grateful for my help. Do
you see? Be the beacon of love for your self. Be the beacon of good cheer

me that I was at a funeral recently. At the funeral was sadness and grief,

Event and wondering when I was going to find the time to do everything that

Open your heart to receive. Remember to take the time to breathe as
you open to receive. Breathe in the breath of God/Creator. Feel your body
relax and let go of the worries and concerns of the day. Keep breathing
deeper, in and out. Breathe in God/Creator. Feel your connection become
stronger as you focus on your breath. (At the same time they gave me
an image to keep opening my/your heart). See the light of Us in your
third eye. Feel the peace descending upon you. Feel the light and love engulf
you. Feel the smile on your face from the love and peacefulness. Stay in

I was so caught up in my day that I was missing out on what was right in

The
angels showed me a shield that I had up. They asked me to lower it so I
could hear them easier. I realized that when they have me open my heart
and allow, that automatically drops the shield between us. They used this
as a time to explain some things.
Dear Ones. Many of you have protective armor that you “wear”
as you go about your day. This is to “protect” you from the real
and perceived hurts and pains. However, at times, those protective shields
keep you from experiencing love and beauty with others. Once you become
aware of this, you can drop or change those shields at will. We have done
this with you through the “opening your heart and allowing us in”
techniques. So, close your eyes. Breathe in deeply and evenly. See golden
light engulfing you. See it become brighter. Then imagine opening you heart
to allow love to fill you. Imagine it. Sense it. Feel it. Be it. Bless your
hearts.

the fragrance of a flower, the happiness of a dog. It is all around you.

Ones. We notice many of you running about here and there. You are so busy
that you do not notice what is around you and have lost touch with your
self. When you go inward, you experience your self deeply. It is more of
a sense or knowing. In this state, it is easier to connect to the divine
spark within. So, we ask you to become still. Focus on a point within your
self. Feel as if you are pulling from the outside in, almost as if you were
imploding towards the point. Stay there. Feel the stillness. Feel the peace.
Give your self time to fill up in the peacefulness. Then when you are ready,
move out of this slowly, and take the feeling with you. Bless your hearts.

that has become rusted. It takes effort. There is resistance over the years
to open beyond a certain degree. We are working with you to inch that door
wider, which allows more love in, and allows a greater ability to love.
So, if you were to imagine a circle on your chest, then imagine the love
from us pouring into that circle to your heart. Now imagine your making
that circle larger, so more love from us can come into your heart area.
Then see your self being engulfed in love. Now bask in the love. Bless your

eyes filled with tears from the love that filled me as the angels came in.
We are so loved, but we cut ourselves off from the love that is available
to us. I do not know why today I had the sense of what they are trying to
get across to us, the depth of the love. They try in so many ways to convey

I was struck by how difficult language is to covey ideas and concepts. The
words used were the best ones to convey what wanted to be conveyed.

Love is all you need. Love is all you need. Truer words have not been
spoken. Love is a powerful force. Unconditional love moves mountains and
heartbreak*. Unconditional love fills us with the strength from the almighty.
Remember a time when you were filled with unconditional love. Bring that
picture to mind throughout your day. Let it be your beacon. Bless your
hearts.
* They gave me
a picture of two people with bitter hearts that were cracked open by unconditional
love, and then pure love flowing from both of their hearts to each other.

around you. Feel the warmth of the sun as it penetrates through your skin,
charging up you cells, similar to your understanding of photosynthesis.

This one is a little
different than usual. The angels started with “People need to
know what to expect in the communication with us”. They then wanted
me to state the process that I go through to communicate with them. I
sit down and become quiet. I open myself to receive. I open myself to
experience the love they have for me. I ask specifically to talk with
the Angels. I ask that the messages be for the highest good of those who
read them. I ask for assistance in being as clear as I can be in the receiving
of the messages. I often feel a sense of being surrounded or a change
in pressure in the air. I often feel myself being engulfed in love. I
sometimes feel tears in my eyes from the awe of the experience. After
this feeling, I begin to receive the messages. Then
the Angles said:
Dear Ones. There are
some people who see us clearly. There are some people who see a vague
outline. There are some people who smell us. We often hear it described
as a beautiful sweet flower smell. Sometimes we hear it described as a
spice. Sometimes you just get a glance out of the corner of your eyes.
Others feel or sense us. You can have all of these experiences or just
one. You may even have none of the above. Often people will feel a sense
of peace. We are here to help you remember that you are truly loved and
that you are not alone. There is much you cannot see, but that does not
negate the existence. Open your senses to the world around you. Let the
love in. Bless your hearts.

sing on your way to work. Before you step into the building, you take a
moment to say “Let me be a vehicle of God/Creator today and bring joy
and laughter to others.” You leave work feeling refreshed from the
joy you brought to others. You eat dinner in gratitude. You share with your
family how it was good to be alive. Do you see how different that life is?

a blessing. When you bless those around you, they shift. When one receives
a blessing, his/her energetic system becomes strong. When one blesses someone
who wishes them harm, the harm cannot come in. Also, bless your self. So
spend the day, blessing others and your self. See how you feel at the end

(When done with
muscle testing, it can be shown how blessing oneself or others makes the
system strong. We have also done this, and had others thinking negative
thoughts about the person being tested. When the person being tested blessed
the others, the persons system went from weak to strength.)

Being asked by
the angels to write these messages is a different type of struggle than
the ususal communication with them. The other is allowing the messages
for me or others to come in their own rhythm and pace. With this, I have
a commitment to write these and to get them out in a timely manner. So,
there are days when they flow to me easily and effortlessly. But there
are others when I have other things on my mind, or my life seems to be
calling to me more than the angels. So, it takes a real stopping of everything
to shift my focus. I also have a commitment for the messages to be for
the highest good of those who read them, so it requires me to be in a
certain space or connection to the love that they have and are. In many
ways it would be easier for me to receive the messages at night. But I
have found when I do that, so much energy comes into me, that I am up
most of the night and into the early morning hours.
Dear Ones. We have
much we wish to share. You have choices in how you live your life. You
can live it in connection to Spirit/God/All That Is or you can live it
disconnected most of the time. When you live disconnected, you stay in
the turmoil of life more. When you live a connected life, you are filled
with awe from the beauty and love that you see all around you. You see
miracles in your life almost daily. They happen in an instant, and joy
flows through you. This is not about religious rules. This is about seeing
the Divinity or God in All Things. This is a knowing that you are a part
of a vastness or greatness that is beyond words or understanding. The
greatness is Spirit/God/All That Is. The vastness is the unlimitedness.
There is no box that can hold this. Only your heart can hold this. Do
you understand? Bless your hearts.

is one of those days that I had a hard time concentrating. They came in
talking to me and then to you. They asked me to open my heart to allow.
Then the following was given.
You are having trouble
concentrating due to the pulls of others on you. Your father being in
the hospital, your grandmother, clients, and upcoming event planning.
This now time is for you. Even though you are writing these messages for
others, you also benefit from them. You benefit from the knowing that
comes through you. It assists you in doing the work that you are here
to do. We are here for you just as you are here for others. The time you
have with us reconnects you to who you are and helps you remember the
destiny that has been chosen for you and by you (my soul). Do you see
how the brilliant tapestry of life is unfolding for you and others? Do
you see how the web of so many brilliant lights is being woven together?
Do you see the greatness of others as they reach towards what they came
here to be? You are here to help others remember their greatness. We are
here to help you with this. There are many who are sleeping and are waiting
for their draught to bring them out of their sleep. They are waiting for
themselves. They are waiting for the kiss of spirit. They are waiting
for the breath of God/Spirit to fill them and bring them back to life.
Do you see the beauty in this? As each one awakens and takes their place
in this tapestry, it strengthens. New worlds are born. It is time for
many to awaken and step into their birthright. It is time. Bless your

| Spirit
rocked me for a while, Then I saw a brilliant white light. It was so brilliant
I was not able to see anything else. Then I sensed that they wanted me to
walk towards the light. As I did, I felt engulfed in the light. I could
barely see a being/Angel due to the brilliance of the light who said ”Do
you want to Know God?” I was surprised at the question and said yes.
I felt energy infuse my body. And then the vision faded away. They then
gave me the message for the day.
Dear Ones. We are
here for you. We are all around. You walk by us throughout your day with
eyes that do not see. You sense us at times and then discount it. When
you walk by and you feel yourself smiling, that is us. When you walk by
and you feel the slightest brush and you feel comforted, that is us. Know

| I
am surprised to find that what I eat effects communication so strongly.
It is something that I have known but to feel the stark contrast between
when I am eating well and when I have enjoyed foods that are not the best
is amazing. It makes me wonder how spirit communicates with us at all. One
of the effects of not eating right is my mind feeling muddled. This is the
reason we get into drinking coffee. Since I am the receiver for the messages,
it is like the receiver got coated over and is not able to receive. So,
I had to use oils, music, and ask the angels to assist me in connecting
with them today. As I asked, I felt their presence surround me and shift
me.
Dear Ones, We are
here. Do you feel us? We are around you. Open your minds and hearts to
us. Do you feel the love we have for you? Our love is unconditional, the
way a kitten's or puppy's is, the way a newborn baby’s is. There
are no strings attached. We love you just for being. We see your struggles.

Ones, You are an amazing being. Your soul decided to be here. Your soul’s
spark fueled the biological process. Without the spark, no creation would
have occurred in biology* in the natural process. Your Divine Spark is your
connection to All That Is/God. (They showed me a picture of when the
angels “contact” our Divine Spark, it radiates to every cell in
our body. So our beingness is an important part of this process or communication).
So you strengthen your connection by “going within” and seeing
the Divine Spark grow. This allows you to “hear” your guidance
more clearly. Bless your hearts.
*So, I asked about
cloning. They showed me how scientists could create a being but it would
not be the same as us, because it would not have the soul fueling the
process. The soul would be trapped but would not have control over the
biological process and thus would be different.

angels came in and they told me to look below me. As I looked, I felt as
if I was high in the sky. I was shown what looked like a hollow tube directly
under me. I asked them what this picture means. This is what they said.
You experience your life, as you know it. It is not as it seems. This
is what we are trying to show you. You feel you are living on solid ground.
That is not so. It is filled with space. You are really living on space
with a little matter scattered here and there. So, if the earth is not solid,
then your ideas and illusions are not solid either. You have asked about
health. It is important to realize that the body is not solid. It just appears
solid. That empty space is filled with life force or “God/Creator”.
Can you see how miracles can happen? We are telling you this, so that you
and others may KNOW that anything can be changed quickly. Bless your hearts.

writing this, they started talking to me about living my life as if everything
is holy. EVERYTHING is HOLY. It is a stretch for us to see life that way.
We get caught up in the day-to-day problems. This is our reminder to stop
and take the time, to look through the eyes of one who sees the beauty,
the holiness. When they talk about beauty, they are trying to get us to
see the holiness.

is amazing. We are now in 2008. Where did all the days go? When I was in
2007 at times it seemed to move slowly, but now that we are in 2008, it
seems as if it whizzed by. So, welcome to the New Year. May your year be
blessed with happiness, good health, and abundance.

off for me, but I found they were talking to all of us. The topic relates
to my not feeling well, even though today I was much better.

love we have for you? Feel your self surrounded in God’s love for
you. Let God’s love support you and fill you. Feel it in every CELL
of your body. Now repeat after us. “God loves me. He heals me. He
restores my body to vibrant health.” Feel as if you are floating
in LOVE. Absorb it. This is how you get well, by reconnecting to the source
of life and vitality, God/Creator/All That Is. Bless your hearts.
