smoother. Many of you feel you do not have time to make this commitment.

the remnants of this stay with you and improve your interactions with others.
It is as if the connection to the light starts removing some of the "debris"
you have gained over time. It is like cleaning your windows, things become

is my birthday and as I sat down I received this message for myself, but
felt it also aimed towards those who read these messages.
Your time of birth is precious. A birth day is a time of renewal and a realignment
of the energies that were present at one's birth and now*. Each birthday
is a new birth. Take the time to discover your life and yourself anew. Bless
your heart.
*Present at one's birth and now- It felt to me as if it was an intermingling
of the energies to create anew. As I received this, I realized that we do
not take advantage of this time, especially the older one becomes, a birth
day gets shuffled to the background. They showed me the birth day as a time
to gather "seeds" and to plant "anew".
Dear Ones, May each of you be born anew. Live each day as if it is your
first. See it with new eyes and a new heart. Bless your heart. |

are here dear. That is good. Open to receive. You sometimes wish we would
leave you alone. Now people would wonder about this. We realize that there
are things you give up to do this. But there is much that is gained. It
is a consistent opportunity to connect deeply with the Spirit world and
the Divine. It is an opportunity to be reminded of "Home". It
is an opportunity to take you to deeper levels than you would not do on
your own. Through your willingness to do this, you provide the forum for
others to learn and to grow. In your willingness to show others the struggles,
you make it so they do not beat themselves so much about their "lack"
or "unworthiness" in their minds. We often hear people say to
themselves, "I am not doing this right". And then they judge themselves
to be "bad". This is not true. Everything is in Divine Order,
even when it is not following Divine Timing. We thank you for your willingness
to show your struggles. We bless others for the struggles that they go through
in their daily lives. We wish to shower them with love and light. Bless
your hearts.
I have to say in defense of myself, that I do not wish spirit to leave me
alone. I just want more days off sometimes. But every time, I am thankful
that I did not have the time off, because of what I receive. It is a blessing

| I
had meditated earlier this morning and then I had to go do something. I
did not stay in meditation at that time to receive the angel messages. So,
later, I sat down and they gave directly to me and for me "Open
to receive". I opened up. I felt the energy and love. It felt
great. Then I again became distracted. I again heard "Open to
Receive". I opened my heart, I felt the love and light come
in, and even my crown chakra was tingling. Then I again popped out of it
and was distracted. They again said "Open to receive",
and I say back to them, why not just give me the angel message. And I am
thinking to myself so I can be done with it and get on with my day. They
say, "Open to receive". And I am thinking to myself,
why can't they let this go and we can get it over. They then gave me a picture
and it was about me letting go of the control. As I get the message, I am
like "oh, oops, busted again". I had all this excess energy and
wanted to get going with my day so I could get things done. So, I was not
fully participating in the experience. I was participating enough that I
could have received a message. But I was not stepping into "time
outside of time" that happens when you truly connect with the
angels and spirits. So, their message to us today is to "Open
to receive" and let go of the control and the "I need to
keep this short", "it is taking away from my day", "do
you know everything I have on my plate". To just let go and bask in
that moment with them that is special and is timeless. Bless your hearts.

Ones. Blessings to all. (I heard a booming voice say) Be here
NOW! Be here Now! Be Present! Be in Stillness! Do not rush about. Be
present. Slow down to really pay attention to those around you and to your
surroundings. With others, do not figure out what you are going to say before
they are finished. Listen to their words and their body posture. Connect
with them. Sit with what they say. Then respond with what wells up from
within to say. Take time to be with your surroundings. Do you notice them.
Slow down. You rush about without awareness. Bring awareness to the forefront.
This brings you out of the sleep in which many of you go about your day.
There are many magical moments to be experienced when you take the time

Do this for 5 minutes. Just imagine that you are breathing in the essence

I had
the dishwasher running in the background. I have often been struck about
all the distractions we have such as trucks going by, neighbors TVs and
radios at ear splitting levels, people above you sounding like a herd
of elephants, etc. I have always thought it is amazing that we can connect
to Spirit/God with all of this.
Dear Ones.
When you can "tune out" the noise and go within you have learned
a skill. You can turn that noise into a mantra sound and let it assist
you in your meditations. Take the noise and go deeper. You will notice
a rhythm to the noise. Feel the rhythm and let it take you deeper. AS
you do this, it slowly fades into the background as if it no longer exists.
That noise muffles any unexpected noises and lets you let go. Do you feel
your connection? Good. Be at peace. Bless your hearts.

your issue or sometimes a song. So you remember your dreams? We use many
methods to communicate with you. You are not alone. God/Source/Creator is

did my usual process of asking to connect with the angels and wanting to
be a clear messenger. I heard “Dear Ones”. I knew
they were present with me.
You are full of mind charter today. We need you to be in stillness.
Go within, and allow the love we have for you to assist you in your stillness.
As I turned inward, I felt the angels with me, I felt the chatter melt
into the background. It felt like I landed and clicked into the “place”
I NEEDED to be.(My fingers accidentally capitalized needed. It might be
an important part of the message)
We’re here for you. See how simple it is to let go of the chatter
when you allow us to assist you. It was your decision to allow us to help
when you went within. We were able to help you get there much quicker.
Before the angels assisted me, the chattering in my head was rampant,
and it would have taken me a while to get into the state I needed. When
I allowed their assistance, it felt instantaneous.
We used you as an example today of how everyone can work with us. Bless
the hearts of all. |

than you allow your self to believe. You call it "a gut feeling",
women's intuition, coincidence; the sureness that is felt with the Knowingness.

your self to open to the guidance and knowingness that is from Source.

So the angels wanted me to look up the origins of the word believe
or belief. So, this is what I found that seems relevant. Believe comes
from two old English words: BE and LIFON. BE meaning "life"
(as in being) and LIFON meaning "according to". Therefore, to
believe, means to live according to (what you believe)!
So, I feel the angels are saying to live according to the knowing!

Ones. Behold. All that you need is in front of you! You wish to create.
Step into the timeless void of silence where God/Creator resides. Go to
the stillness within. Imagine a movie screen in front of you. You are the
film. What movie do you wish to see? See it vividly before you or as if
you are the actor in the play. Experience this with all of your senses.
Let no errant thoughts disturb your movie. Know it as rich and alive as
you are able. Then, know that it is good and release it. Do not thin about
it. Just allow it to unfold when it is time. Bless your hearts.
I felt
like after I heard behold, I was looking at a shimmering glass. Within
this glass images began to form. They are wishing to remind us that all

have been feeling run down lately. I opened to my connection with the angels.
I felt the love and light come in. I changed my position so I would be ready
to type. The connection stopped. I had to go back to my receiving position.
I again felt the connection. Then I leaned forward and it stopped. I went
back. I was told I was rushing my connection with them and not filling up
the way I needed at this time. They said most of us do this. We do not take
the time for ourselves, and when we do we rush it. So, they dramatically
made their point. And I was told to share my experience.

Open to receive. Open to allowing. See us standing before you. See the
light and love as it pours into you. See it in your imagination. Feel
the love we have for you. Feel its warmth, Feel it cascade throughout

What I know for myself is that with the busyness of life, it is easy to

more effort. I do just as they say; I imagine light and love streaming
into my heart. I imagine myself opening and allowing. As I do this, it
is as if there is a tipping point, and all of a sudden, I am in the receptive
state. With all the distractions in everyday life, phones ringing, lawn
mowers cutting grass, trucks rumbling by, pets demanding attention, etc
it is a wonder at times that we can connect at all to the spirit world.

* They reminded me of a situation that happened to me years ago. I was
at a spiritual event. We were outside and it was cold. After the event for
6 weeks I kept talking about this bright fire and the warmth from the fire.
It took me six weeks to remember that was no "physical fire" there.
Where I kept describing the fire was where others had said the angels were.
My mind interpreted their light as a physical fire. |

I feel the love of the angels it is so beautiful that it is not unusual
for me to cry tears of joy.

a baby. Take time for silence. In the silence is the place where you connect

Have noticed that there are some who you might think do not have "physical
beauty", but they seem beautiful anyway. They are in touch with the
divinity within and are allowing it to be seen. This is why you are so attracted
to them, wanting to stay in their presence. Allow the light of the Creator
or God to shine from your face as if you were lit from within by the sun.
Allow the love that the Creator has for you to fill up every cell, every

deformed, and yet glowed and laughed. I always felt better about myself
whenever I was near her. I would forget her deformity. She was happier about
her life than I was. She was a lesson to me that I will never forget and
I am blessed to have known her. |

to having sight for the first time. Look at things as a child would with

in my head as the angels filled my heart with so much love that it brought

This depth of love is what we wish to share with others. This love that
is without bounds is what we wish for each of you to hold in your hearts
as you go about your day. We see the brilliance of you. We see your magnificence.

one is different today. As you will see, it is I basically summarizing what
they gave me. But before I started writing they said, "Dear Ones.

I woke up this morning with thoughts and visions about the wonders of
blessings ones own body. They showed me pictures of every cell, every sinew,
every blood vessel, every organ, and every particle of the body ablaze with
light. We spend so much time saying our body won't do this or that; we forget
what a wondrous marvel it is. We also tend to forget the magic that happens
when we are infused with spirit or God. Thus my vision this morning of seeing
the body ablaze with light, so bright that it radiates light, almost to
the point where it hurts your eyes it is so bright. Can you see this picture?
Work with it. Imagine it. Bring grace back into your body and be amazed
at what transpires. Bless your hearts. |

Ones. We often tell you, open your heart to receive. This sounds very simple.
Yet we have noticed many of you struggle with this. We have given several
suggestions on ways to do this. We wish to repeat them here. First, imagine
we are standing in front you. See us beaming light and love into your heart.
Imagine you opening to the love we have for you. Second, Imagine a circle
on your chest and a tube, like the transporter you see in your Star Trek.
Imagine the circle and tube becoming larger in diameter. See it filling
with light and love. Third, remember a time when you were filled with love,
whether it was the birth of your child, the love from a pet, or your first
time in love with someone significant in your life. When you bring this
memory to mind, remember the feeling associated with it and experience that
feeling now. Love is love, no matter how you bring it to mind. We love you.

when I write the messages my fingers just start typing, it is as if they
have a mind of their own. Other times, I am shown pictures and feelings
and transcribe those images and feelings. And then there are the times where
I distinctly hear the words and am just take dictation. I do not know why
they give the messages to me in different formats, but they do. But every
time, there is a feeling of love that I experience.
Dear Ones.
Open your self to the love we have for you. Imagine us standing in front
of you. See light and love emanating from us to you. Bask in this love
and light. Feel your self expand with this. This very simple exercise
will assist you in seeing us over time and with practice. Bless your hearts.
They have
given this exercise numerous times. They do this for several reasons.
One is that it is a lot more important than we realize. Another is that
there are always new people joining the messages and they want them to
practice this simple exercise.

heard, "Open your self to receive", which means, open your
heart to receive. I often do not receive the angel message until I open
my heart. Since the messages are about love, I need to be receptive to love
and the message.
Dear Ones. Your soul is connected to a part of God/Source/All That Is. It
is the receiver of your knowingness. Your soul is the relay station between
you and Source. It helps beam to you the message from Source in a form that
you can understand. Sometimes it comes to you in a security/safety form,
and it waits for you to find the key to unlock it. Some "keys"

about the 3rd eye being the intuitive center. What I am noticing is a new
one either developing or being refined and used more. It is the center in
the heart. The information received from source and the angels, is different
when received through the heart center. I suspect that most people will
begin using both centers to receive intuitive information. Of course there
are even more ways of receiving information intuitively, but I am not going
into that at this time.
Dear Ones. Open your heart to receive. Imagine a circle over the center
of your heart area. Imagine this circle becoming wider. As you imagine this,
see light and love coming from us into your heart space. Do you see as you
open that you are able to allow more Divine Love into your heart. Practice

days, it is harder for me to sit still and receive the messages. I can feel
and hear them coming in but it is garbled. On those days, I have to stop,
and make a more conscious effort to open myself up to the angels and allow

one. When that happens, it begins to flow and I feel the glow and love of
the angels.
