Dear Ones. Do you see the future as bright? Do you have hope that what is around the corner is good? Life has its ups and sdowns. There is always joy after the fall. When you are able to enjoy the simple moments in life, these moments become bigger. When you appreciate the love in your life, these moments become bigger. When you know the love of God/Spirit/All That Is, these moments become bigger. Blessed are you who hear the call of the Divine. Blessed are you who allow the love that is yours to permeate your being. Blessed are you who give comfort to those around you. Blessed are you who receive comfort from those around you. Be in peace. Dear Ones. Get quiet. Slow your breathing. Gentle. Gentle as a breeze. Feel the sacredness of the breath. Fill your lungs up with the breath of God. The breath is carried to every cell and organ of the body. Breath in the gift of life. Ahhhh, that is good. Be at peace. Bless your hearts.

Dear Ones. Blessings to all. It is with great pleasure that we converse with each of you especially in this glorious and special season. This is a time when you hear people singing and greeting each other with well wishes*. This is a special time in many religions. We encourage you to remember the specialness of this season and to connect to the joy and sacredness. As you make this connection, feel how natural it is when you are in this state. Take this remeberance out into the world. Deck the halls*. Bless your hearts.
Well Wishes- I was struck by this phrase because it is wishes for your being well. This is especially significant since this is a time period when people often succumb to colds and flues. We often say phrases with no thought to what the significance is. Deck the halls- I felt there was significance to them using this phrase, so I was "compelled" to look up deck. One of the definitions relates to the deck of a vessel. I received an image that this time period is like being a vessel, or holder of light. Being receptive to the filling of our vessels. And they chose the word halls because in olden times it was a place to gather. So gathering where you fill your vessel (your self) with light.

At first I heard,Dear Ones. Blessings to all. Then nothing. I kept trying to "tune in". I thought nothing was happening. And then I realized they had me experiencing stillness. That state of nothingness where stillness leads to a feeling of peacefulness. That state that feels like a moment out of time which is so important in this hustle and bustle time. Focusing on our breathing is a way that we can get to that feeling of stillness. Thank you angels for that reminder. Then I heard. Bless your hearts.

Dear Ones. Open your heart, mind, and body to receive. Imagine us standing before you. See the light and love of God emmanate from us to you. Fill your self up with this love and light. As you do this, imagine your connection to God/Source increasing. See your cells happy at being refreshed and rejuvenated. Feel this energy and love throughout all of your being. Bless your hearts.

Dear Ones. Blessings to all. Blessings to each. Blessings, blessings, blessings. There is nothing as powerful as a blessing*. Many underestimate its power. When you do a blessing, feel your self connect to God/Source/All That Is. Feel the grace of God fill you. Bask in the blessing of holding and being engulfed in this sacred energy. Then when you feel the moment is right, send the blessing to where it is needed. Be in peace. Teach only love. Bless your hearts. * I had the impression that yes there are other things as powerful as a blessing, but they wanted to emphasis the importance. I sometimes find it difficult to put into words what they are trying to convey. Messages have a wholeness to them, and writing is "flat" or 2 dimentional. Words limit the expression.

Your soul is in constant connection to God/Source/All That Is. You vascilate between wanting to be recognized and seen, and then go to feelings of insignificance. All are worthy. Bless your hearts. *greatness- They used this differently than I would. I was shown the vastness of the soul of which we all are a part or are. This is the greatness to which they are referring.

As I sit here, the day after election day and think of the emotional swings that I and others are going through, I wondered "What does all of this mean?" And then I realzied that I need to write the angel messages. So, I switched gears to focus on the energies of the angelic realms.

Dear Ones. It is the individual human soul that we are here for. Your world, your governments are the reflection of that which the collective of individuals create. Whether through indifference, excitement, fear, or anger. The collection brings forth the formation of that which your government is perceived. Some people will feel empowered from the results. Others will feel disempowered. Believe what you may. We ask that you remember the Divine and bring that connection into your world and into the world of those around you. We love you. We bless you. October 14, 2010 (A Message)
I was sitting under a tree thinking about someone I knew who had lost a child and the struggle the family was having. I was reminded of when my grandfather died. He was not expected to pass for several days. I was sleeping when I was woken up and I said "grandpa". I felt him in my room. I looked around I did not see him. I was confused because I felt him so strongly. I looked at the clock and went back to sleep. Several hours later, my father told me that my grandfather had passed at the exact time that I had felt my grandfather. I knew with every fiber of my being that he had been in my room. I knew then that there was a soul. It was no longer an intellectual conecept that is taught in Sunday school. It was now a knowingness. After that day, I was no longer the same. I truly knew that we do not die. I experienced the freedom of the soul. I also felt my grandfather with me for several weeks. We often fear death, but there truly is no reason to. We are a spiritual being. We are a soul. Our souls are part of God/Creator. God is love. We are a part of love. Bless our hearts.

Today is a Blog.
As I was walking I looked around and the trees, grasses, and flowers were vibrant, and rich with colors. We had received much rain recently and the plants felt happy to see the end of the hot, dry weather. The creek which normally is quiet, as if reserving all energy during the summer, was alive with sounds, and tumbling water that seemed to dance in the sunlight.
As I walked along, my cell phone rang> I did not answer. I had the thought; if I were to answer I would have said that I was in a meeting. And then I heard “A meeting with God”. Yes, whenever I am in nature I feel closer to God than when I am surrounded by 4 manmade walls. Yes, I realized as I was entranced by the beauty around me, I was in meeting with God. I realized that we schedule time to get together with people, and business, and errands, but how often do we schedule in a meeting with God in such glorious surroundings. (And not feel guilty or as if we should be doing something more productive with our time). I realized as I basked in the beauty, and the serenity of the birds singing, how vital this time was. I was taking time out for God and for my soul. I felt invigorated. I felt alive. I felt joyously happy. How can this not be at the top of my list every day if not regularly?

Sometimes the angels have me experience things and then describe them to you. This is how it was today. It is through experiencing that knowingness accumulates. Dear Ones. Blessings to all. I heard the song "Love is all around. " I heard the song as a symphony all around me. I felt the fullness of the notes and the volume of instruments. I felt the joy of love filling me. I felt the vibrancy of new life. I felt like jumping up and down as child does in a pile of leaves. I felt the thrill when you twirl and everything shimmers around you. "Love is everywhere. It is all around you". This is the joy of the creator. This is the love that God wishes you to have and experience. You had it as a child. It is still with you. "Love is all around". Dear Ones. The angels came is and said, We love you. We bless you. I then saw a brilliant light that was so bright I cannot even begin to describe it. With this intense bright light was the feeling of love on a grand, ever expansive scale. Then I heard them say for everyone, Reside in this love and be a beacon for those you encounter. And I was shown individuals all across the United States that were these beacons of light and the light emanating was intense. Know that you are more than you know. Today is different. I felt guided to write this. Cindy

We all live busy lives that get in the way of our following the spiritual path. Taking time out for meditation can get regulated to the back burner. I have conversations with spirit all the time. But lately, life has been getting in the way of the time I used to set aside for meditation. This morning I was woken up at 5 am with a sense of needing to meditate. I decided to combine some yoga holding poses at the same time. As I was doing the meditation, I realized how much I was missing by not carving out the time for this. We can talk to our guides and receive information throughout the day, but what about staying still long enough to truly allow in what they have to offer us and being open to the spiritual energy that comes in. We benefit from the very act of stillness. We can bask in the sense of peace and feeling the balance within that comes from taking this time, listening instead of asking. When we listen, we open ourselves to experiences and newness. Are we listening to the quiet? Are we stepping into the space of time out of time? Are we allowing ourselves to be nourished from spirit? We feed our bodies, but we forget the nourishment of the spirit. It is truly taking care of yourself at a very deep level. You matter. You are worth this time. The benefit for you is immense. Give yourself the gift of receiving. Take the time for meditation or stillness.

Part of being on a spiritual path is being open to spirit or God. The angels ofter say, "Open your heart to receive." Today they came in and said "Behold God in all of God's Glory". I find sometimes they revert to older language and syntax to help connect to the feeling of grandeur. I see and experience how difficult it is to put things into words. So they said "Behold the grandeur of God". I could feel myself opening and closing, opening and closing. Part of the closing was the call of reality - ie. animals wanting attention, people moving around, etc. This is why so many religions have a practice of early mornings, before the world wakes up and distracts us. "Behold the glory of God". I saw brilliant light could feel my cells reacting and opening. I felt my being reach to connect. Allow the opening and connection. Bless your hearts.

I felt the full message was for everyone, and one sentence (Allow the healing that God/Creator has in store for you in) felt directed at one particular person who was asking for healing and needed to know if it was true or not.

Dear Ones. I felt my hands heat up. I wondered why. They had not done this before. The hands are miraculous. They type, open cans, plant gardens, play music, and love a child. They feel the face of a loved one. They soothe a troubled child. They hold a newborn delicately. They pick a thorn our of the paw of a dog. They paint amazing watercolors. All of this. And this is only one part of your body. Bless your body and your hands for the blessings and gifts they bring into your world each and every day. Bless your hearts. After I wrote this I was reminded of someone I knew who had no hands and her feet became her hands. They could do what our hands do.

I got distracted by my day. When all of a sudden I was stopped by the angels and reminded to do the angel messages. It is the first time that they have done this.

Dear Ones. We are here. We are always around. We do not always make our presence known. Time and space are not factors to us the way they are for you. We can be anywhere in a moment or as your saying goes "a blink of an eye". So we are here and not here. This is why some of you see us as waves of light, like the vision of heat waves that come off pavement. We have been known to be present when someone crosses over. We offer you comfort in times of need. We hold the space of love and engulf you in the light and love of God/Creator. Bless your hearts.

This is another one that I felt needed to go to someone and that is why they stopped me in the middle of what I was doing to remind me of the messaged that I had started to do before life got in the way. As I write this I also realize that one of the reasons that I let myself be distracted is that I felt the anxiety of the person that they wanted to receive this message.

Dear Ones. I heard, "We wish to communicate the knowingness of your time". Well that is a pretty bold and broad statement. Sometimes as I sit to receive messages I experience a shower of words. It literally feels like a downpour, just like rain. There does not seem to be any rhyme or reason to it at first, but I can feel the purpose behind each word and the stories attached to each one. It is like being exposed to all of the concepts the angels wish to communicate before one is chosen. That was the way it was today. This is why people get confused sometimes with the communication. There is so much "knowledge" that is communicated on many levels (words, senses, memories, divine, etc) and it is hard to "translate". When I sat down to do the angel messages I had this thought that I needed a love infusion that I experience with the angels. Dear Ones. Blessings to all. I felt myself taken (or shown) by 2 angels a place where I could only see light. The predominant light being white with flashes of pink and a sense of golden that was so fine as to hardly be discernable. I sensed much wisdom, knowledge, and healing here. But even that limits what I experienced here. There was a feeling of being in a "hallowed" hall. The brightness of the place is unimaginable. My physical mind is unable to comprehend this sacred place. I stayed here for awhile. I had the sense that I was to write the experience. And then I came back to the room. And the angels faded away. I feel that they are reminding us of a "place" that we all "know".

I took me a while to realize that the anxiety was part of the message. Until I understood that, I was unable to receive anything else. Then I heard, anxiety, depression, and anger are emotions or states of being that many of you struggle. What is the opposite of these states? Is it love? Is it compassion? Is it peace? Contrast helps you understand the complexity of what is going on. When you know the contrasting state of being, then you know what direction to head. In other words, if you pull up a memory with an opposite emotion and experience, you are now in a state in which you can look back on the situation that produced the anger, anxiety, or depression and see it through new eyes. This helps with movement when you feel stuck. Do you see? Bless your hearts.

Between unexpected guests, doctor visits, and clients, today got away from me. So I asked if I could skip the messages today and I was told no. I was told "Fill up to receive". So I sat here taking deep breaths as I felt myself filling up with energy and love. I experienced feeling lighter, more buoyant and definitely more relaxed.
Dear Ones. Blessings to all. Many of you are stressed. You are running around. You nerves are strung tight. Your muscles are tight. Your breathing is shallow. When you take the moment out of time to relax, breathe in God and Breathe out God, you slowly let go of all the "hassles" of the day. As you fill yourself up with the light from Source you do not feel so weighted down. Connecting to the Divinity within is a simple blessing you can give to yourself. Every time I sit down to receive the angel messages I have to open my heart first otherwise I do not receive the message. They will wait until I have done this. I feel this is important to convey. We used to receive messages through the third eye and this is still true. But we are expanding our ability to receive what is needed and opening the heart is a part of this. The angels also often say "Love is all you need". Today, as I sit down and open my heart, I feel the angels patiently waiting for me to be in the right state of receiving.

Your soul is made up of light, energy and love. Your soul is "in the image" but it is more than this. Your soul is an extension of God/Source/All That Is. Your soul is not separated from God/Creator. Our thoughts and prayers are with those in Haiti who have suffered much as well as prayers for those here who have suffered much.

The ground beneath us shakes. Our very core and foundation are not what they once were. Things around us shatter and fall away. What will come out of this? I have been feeling before the earthquake a need to release that which is no longer serving me both in the physical space I inhabit but the inner space also. Where is the freedom from the shackles that bind each of us? When do we choose to release them and bless them for what they have taught us. We are becoming who we want to be, who we came here to be. Releasing the shackles of fear and condemnation. Releasing the shackles of restricting belief systems. Releasing government and economic systems that are no longer serving. What do we want to create? What is in the highest good of each of us knowing that what is good for one may not be good for another. As we follow the guidance that is inherent within us, we take the steps, often baby steps< that lead us towards that which our soul desires. We are blessed to be in this time, even though it can be difficult. It is time for us to release the shackles that hold us back from our joy and living the life we came here to live. Dear Ones. Blessings. We have often spoken of the power of a blessing. The word bless means to bestow upon one the actuation of the supreme being (God/Source) within one. So you are activating source or God within you and allowing the possibility of this activation in the one you so bless. This allows the possibility of miracles to unfold. It is through the allowing of the blessing of God/Source activation to flow through and spark the activation of cells and DNA within. It also sparks the changes in the vibratory frequency of the energetic field. (Whew!). The sense I received from today's message was as we open to the light within and connection to the Divine we become the safe harbor and place of refuge. The state of being that is love provides all that is needed. So, it is not as if we need to "do" all the things listed above. It is what happens naturally as you connect to the Divine Spark within.

I was meditating for the messages when my cat nipped me. He wanted attention. So, they angels used this for their message today.
Dear Ones. Blessings to all creatures. Blessing to those that irritate you since they need it the most. Bless yourself if you are irritated because you need it also. Remember that all are of the light and part of the Divine. (Okay, so at this moment my cat is not feeling part of the Divine to me). Shower him and yourself with love. Release your attachment to being mad. Bask in the love we have for you. Bless your heart.
The sense I was getting from the angelic realm is that many struggle with being mad at someone they know. They used the example of my cat to show a way to uplift ourselves. In the shower of love or the Divine, there is no feelings of anger, they dissipate. It is not as if the emotion is wrong, more that it floats away and is released effortlessly.
