EFT,
otherwise know as Emotional Freedom Technique is a tool I have been
using for awhile. At first I was not having much success with it.
But lately, I have seen some amazing results. I am now ready to share
what I have learned with you in this experiential class.
EFT removes the blockages and allows your energy centers to "light up". By attending this class, you will experience change and actively use EFT. The Emotional Freedom Technique can be used on physical and emotional issues. It is also a wonderful tool to assist those around you. |
This class was offered previously in a 4 hour session, and I found there was so much wonderful material which I did not have time to present, so I have extended the class by 2 hours. This also allows time for more group tapping since the group energy helps people release faster.
